This page explains how the fidelly.app website processes your data. Data processing within the Fidelly app is described in the app itself (Profile › Privacy).

The business contact form

When you write to us through the form, we receive:

• your full name, your business name and, if you give it, its city;
• your email address and/or phone number;
• your message, if you write one.

This information is only used to get back to you, present Fidelly and answer your request. This processing is based on your request (pre-contractual measures). It is only accessible to the Fidelly team, is never sold or transferred, and is automatically deleted three years after your request.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no data is sent to a third-party service when you visit.

Hosting and security

The website is hosted by Hostinger (see the legal notice). For security reasons, our server logs may contain your IP address; they are kept for a limited time.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing by writing tocontact@fidelly.app. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
